The Oberhasli Goat Club (OGC) is a 501(c)(3) Not For Profit Corporation; the legal name is Oberhasli Goat Club, Inc.The purpose of this club is to focus on promoting the Oberhasli Breed and breeders/owners. The OGC has true benefits for it's members! Flat rate membership; free breeder's referral, free classified ads in the news letter and website; a club ad (which references the breeder's referral) in the UCN and the DGJ. Lifetime membership after 5 consecutive membership years and having Oberhasli on DHI or LA (which truly benefits the breed!). The OGC will sponsor the sanction fees (one show per state) for a regular ADGA show to sanction Oberhasli separately.

 Another function of the Oberhasi Goat Club is to expand the opportunities for wethers. Oberhasli make fantastic pack or draft animals with their willing temperaments. The Working Wether Chairperson and has been researching and writing programs and guidelines for agility, draft and pack competitions. The club wants to make this information available to any one or group that is considering adding a fun and crowd drawing competition to their event.

 The proceeds from this auction will toward the OGC fund to sponsor a youth to attend National show 2011 and ADGA convention 2011.
