The Family of Karen Senn

This benefit auction is to help Krista Senn Myers and Erica Senn with the final expenses for their mother, Karen Senn, who was so dear to the dairy goat world. Karen has been raising dairy goats for over 40 years, under the Kastdemur's herd name. She was an ADGA Director, Advanced Judge, Linear Appraiser, Committee Chair, Life Member, and served many different breed clubs as a director. She bred and raised Nubian and LaMancha National Champions, top ten animals and was the breeder of the highest appraising animal ever, two time linear appraised 94 (EEEE), SGCH Kastdemurs Evian 2*M. Genetics of Karen's animals can be found throughout the country today. Karen was passionate about these animals and the people that raised them. She was an incredible teacher in the goat world. 

Karen passed away unexpectedly on December 18, 2011 leaving her two daughters and their families to have to deal with final expenses, the estate and the animals. All proceeds from this auction will be used in a separate account to help her family carry out these expenses. Anything that you can contribute to help meet their needs at such a difficult time would be greatly appreciated.
