Renegade Farms
Renegade Farms was chosen by our two boys in 1979 . They wanted something that sounded a bit of the west as we had just moved from Arizona to Washington State and they missed their desert and old west attitude. At that time we had goats since 1976 and were just getting started. Steven, our youngest was in 4-H with his Alpines and market sheep but we all went to Toggenburgs and Nubians very soon. Over the years we have had all breeds even pygmys and angoras and have been successful in the show ring with most all of the Dairy breeds. We all like to do things our own way and have been a bit of Renegades our selves. I'm trying to settle down a bit in my mature years and have been a Judge for 7 years now. We currently have Toggenburgs and Saanens and Nubians and are living in southern Oregon.

We have goats with both blue or brown eyes. No matter if you are looking for polled or horned goats,we should have something to fit your tastes. We began with Fainters in January of 2004, but have had Pygmy's for over 5 years. Each breed has it's own different and distinct characteristics. They are so much fun to have. When we first started in goats, our herd name was Long-Acres, due to our acreage in Columbus, IN. When Bruce got involved, the herd became a family function, so it was changed to Robin-Wood when we moved to Terre Haute, IN. We raised Nubians and LaManchas in the past, but now we raise LaManchas and one Grade Saanen.

Rock-n-J Ranch
Our herd name was created from both our names, Rocky and Jeanne. We began using this name when we bought our 1st dump truck, continued using it when we bought the farm we now live on, and now it’s our goat herd name. We raise un-registered and IFGA registered goats.

Rockin Red Ranch ~Naturally Reared Working Australian Shepherds
We moved to the farm in 1997, for months we debated on a name for our farm. We have two oak trees on a hill as you come up the drive. We thought about "Twin Oaks" but there are so many Oak Tree names. Every name we thought of just didnt seem right. Finally one day, I was standing on the porch, Looked around, all I saw was red! Red pigs, horses, dogs, goats, chickens, cows... Thats how we came up with the Rockin Red Ranch!

Rosethyme Farm Saanens & Nubians
I have raised roses for many years and when I needed a herd name, in 1995, I knew it had to have Rose somewhere in the name. Roses stand for strength. I also raise herbs and Thyme stands for courage. I like the way the two fit together and that they stand for courage and strength. I currently have Saanen and Nubian dairy goats. We raise strict CAEV Prevention and test yearly. We also Linear Appraise and are on DHIR test. Please come visit our herd online!
